FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is there anything I need to do before my consult?

When you book an appointment you will be sent a pre-assessment form. This includes questions about your medical history, any medications or supplements you are on, and a food diary. If you are seeking help for gut issues it will also include a symptom diary.

It is also helpful to have any test results or blood tests available for your appointment.

You can choose to send the above back to me before your appointment or you can bring them to your appointment. We will go through them during your initial consultation.

What happens during a consult?

Consults are conducted via video call. Your initial appointment is up to 60 minutes and reviews are 30 minutes. During your initial consult a full assessment will be conducted including your medical history, lifestyle and dietary habits, areas of concern and any symptoms you are experiencing. We will also discuss your goals.

A treatment plan will then be developed for you and any required resources sent to you.

At your follow up review we will assess your progress and ongoing support or adjustments to your treatment plan will be made.

Cancellation policy

If you do not attend your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, you will be charged at 100% of the cost of the appointment.

If you decide to receive services from my clinic, you will need to agree to these cancellation terms.

Can I have my consultation over the phone?

Yes, if you would prefer a phone call this can be accommodated.
